Well we have finally been able to purchase the last few Ikea cabinets we were missing. So all the cabinets are assembled and installed. I have so mjuch storage I haven't even come close to filling it. So now all that is left to do in the kitchen is the backsplash with Stardust tile and the counter tops... The last cabinets to go in were the big daddy over refrigerator, two 30" drawer units and we added 2 more pantry style cabinets on either side of the 1 pantry we already had. I am so pleased with all the useable space.
Those pictures look great! They're really inspiring! Well, that's because I'm on a mission right now: having our house ready for the kitchen remodeling. Minneapolis' home remodelers have been fixing our house for a long time already. And for all of those times that they went here, they never failed us. Our house would always end up looking like it's brand new. They are, in our opinion, one of the best kitchen remodelers Minneapolis has.
Anyway, thanks for sharing these pictures! I might show these to the remodelers when they come over. Maybe they'll get some input from what you've shared with us here.
This blog is the study of our new home on California St in Oceanside, California. We will be posting the progress of remodeling our home. We bought the home October 4, 2007 from a family relocating to Nevada. The couple ran a home based orchid supply from the home. They spent quite a bit of energy getting plants from the Quail Botanical Gardens. So we were very excited about all the tropical plants at the home and the large green house. The house was built in 1958, and is a 3 bedroom 3 bath home on just under a 1/4 acre and is located 1 mile from the ocean. There is also 2 large greenhouses and a outbuilding shed that will be our studios.
